Apparently some people keep on giving away their passwords to 'friends'. People... don't ever give away your password, no matter who asks. Don't even give your password to your very own mother!!

We try very hard to make our systems safe, but the safekeeping of your password is your own responsibility. I can't make a system that recognizes the user behind the computer in any other way then with a password.

Some more security tips:
- Always log out of Smoogies when you leave your computer.
- Do not write your password on a piece of paper and put it next to your computer. Remember it.
- Do not grant anyone access to your email.
- Do not use a very easy to guess password.

That's all for now. Ow.. and to the people logging into other accounts: I will kick your butt from Smoogies faster then you can say: Smoogies Rocks!

we just had a member whose account was emptied by another member. (who has now been banned) They found out her password. Sometimes people use a much too easy password, like their name and a number. Well, people just try that out for one hundred times and bingo, they found it.
So please do not use your dogs name or cats name or something that easy.

I gave my password to a few friends maybe that's why my account has been delted. But i really didn't do anything and my account is deleted and banned.
Like i worked hard for the sd like most of it and zoetke was giving out pets sd i earned alot from that too. Yesterday i wasn't even on my account a friend was on it and so she told me horsesrule9 wanted to buy a pet for so and so and she did. So it's really not my fault and is hers but my account is delted right now!

Rita excuse me if this seems disrespectful, but what id an account was deleted because of someone else hacking in and hacking into another persons account. I do not mean to be disrespectful but shouldn't the account holder who is not at fault have their account retrieved?

@Mrs I personally check these accounts, and I can see if someone else logged on to an account. These kind of excuses do not work.

On my other account someone kept hacking in somehow.
I even at one point had my password, this is not it so don't even try it, but I had it supercalafrajalisticexpealidociousss, and they still got in and changed my password.
So then I made another account, this one, and haven't had a problem with it.
So I'm happy now.!(:

If Anyone Hacks Other Peoples Profiles Without Permission Your A Sick Person And Half The Time The Only Reason The Person Wants To Hack Another Person Is Because They Are Jelous Of Them Or Something About Them And They Want It All To There Selves And They Want The Other Person Gone.... I respect this completely. But my mother or someone I LIVE with can be trusted with my password. My grandfather has my password. So don't you think that's a LITTLE farfetched??? No disrespect to you, Stuart.
